The season of Lent is upon us! Lent is the season on the Christian calendar that begins with Ash Wednesday. It is the forty days before Easter (excluding Sundays) when Christians in various denominations spend time in prayer and fasting as we contemplate the sacrifice of Jesus, reflect on our own mortality, and draw closer to God in our daily lives. Once we resume in-person services, if you choose to join us, you will notice that there will be a volunteer registering attendance on an iPad as you walk in. This is a safety precaution to ensure that we have a detailed list of everyone who enters the building.
