Spiritual Disciplines: Practices That Transform Us

We will explore how desires and discipline work together to lead us to the transformation we’re longing for–the transformation only Christ can bring. Instead of just giving information about spiritual disciplines, you will experience practical, accessible guidance that helps you actually practice over seventy-five disciplines. Mothers, fathers, plumbers, nurses, students–we’re all on a journey. And spiritual disciplines are for all of us who desire to know Christ deeply and be like him. Here is direction for our desire, leading us to the ultimate destination: more of Christ himself. This is a 10 week study.

Cost is $24.

  The Connecting Church

The development of meaningful relationships in which every member carries a significant sense of belonging is central to what it means to be the church. Yet church is too often a place of loneliness rather than connection. We will explore how church can be so much…better. More intimate. More alive. First-century Christians knew what it meant to live in vital community with one another, relating with a depth and commitment that made “the body of Christ” a perfect metaphor for the church. What would it take to reclaim that kind of love, joy, support, and dynamic spiritual growth? We will explore 30 key beliefs, practices, and virtues that help define love God and love neighbor. You will complete “The Christian Life Profile” to help you answer the questions “how am I doing?” and “where do I need to grow?” You will also find suggestions and plans to help you realize that growth as we seek to live together in community. This is a 4 week study.

Cost is $23 or $10 for the Christian Life Profile only.
